Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery if the product was damaged or incorrect. Please note that shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed bottle and packaging to verify the eligibility of your return.

  Secure Packaging

  If approved, carefully repack the item in its original shipping container with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our cellar team will inspect the seal and condition of the bottle before issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
